Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Trendly, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons: skincare serums, facial devices, hair removal tools, collagen eye masks, and any personal care items that have been opened or used.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at maurice@urbantrendly.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at maurice@urbantrendly.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
